ServeUs ... the efficient & seamless communication solution keeping your wait-staff in contact with your customers ...

Phase 1 of ServeUs was primarily designed to bring waiters to the table so that customers could order their food, drinks, ask for the bill etc. The success of this totally wireless free standing product has certainly accomplished this task.

During 2004, we undertook extensive marketing & investigative research throughout the hospitality industry. This research has now led to the formulation & creation of an extremely powerful analytical product - ServeUs Phase 2.

In a nutshell, ServeUs Phase 2 now collates & reports on performance issues of the respective ServeUs table units. Each & every free standing table unit in a respective venue now relays information by RF back to the main monitor board about ...

  • how long the table waited for service until the unit was disengaged
  • how many times the customers requested service
  • analyses a / all "sections" of a venue reporting on all facets of an individual / group of waiters servicing a requested zone and much more

Our research has confirmed that owners / managers of restaurants etc need the undeniable proof of analytical reporting in relation to staff performance / table turn arounds so they can operate at optimum levels in a very competitive industry ... and ServeUs Phase 2 now provides them with all these tools & more ...

All the while remembering that ServeUs ...

  • Increases efficiency in your staff
  • Increases sales & turnover
  • ServeUs never takes sickies or charges penalty rates
  • ServeUs is completely free standing - no hard wiring on the table at all
  • Easy to recharge - not like real people
  • Simple & easy to use

The information that is relayed & stored in the main monotor board is simply"unplugged" from the monitor board & "plugged" into a computer. A variety of reports can be collated (as often as required) by simply answering a few questions in the software package provided which will customize the respective report /s being sort.
