To Whom It May Concern
It is with immense gratification I write
this reference to Paul & his team about their unique
& wonderful product called ServeUs.
When Paul first introduced ServeUs to
Challenge Stadium, his introduction also came with many
promises of what ServeUs would do to improve service &
how it would increase beverage sales & turnover at
events staged within our stadium.
On his plethora of promises, we requested
a trial run at a home game of the Perth Wildcats. Just
for your interest, the Perth Wildcats are the most decorated
National Basketball League team in Australian history
& utilise Challenge Stadium & its facilities as
their home court. A demanding & testing initiation
I thought.
Well ... ServeUs delivered on all fronts
as promised! Beverage sales to our corporate boxes increased
from day one, as did the response time to service requests
from corporate guests.
From a management point of view, staff
are now certainly more accountable because they, as I
do, know exactly when guests need service. In addition
to this, guests certainly do appreciate the first class
efficient service they're receiving ... as do we all.
Importantly to us, the key features of
ServeUs are its portability & the fact that it's not
a "hard wired" product ... completely freestanding
& mobile. This has been a great advantage for us due
to the fact that we now utilise ServeUs literally anywhere
in the stadium with a minimum of fuss to move & set-up.
I sincerely thank Paul & his team
for the opportunity to trial & subsequently purchase
"ServeUs" & would not hesitate in recommending
this product to any venue that is interested in increasing
their turnover & improving their service ... we've
certainly benefited.
